English Department Receives RCACF Grant
Our school, through the graciousness of the Russell County Area Community Foundation, has purchased "Collections," a new language arts through Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishers. RCACF provided a grant to fund half of the entire purchase. This new curriculum is an innovative, technology-enhanced, standards-based literature curriculum that promises to transfer our students from the traditional literary anthology of yesteryear into a multi-faceted, digital and print approach that will prepare students for success in the 21st century.
