Runners Improve Times at Ness City Meet
On a great day for running, the Tiger Cross Country team improved their times. At Ness City, Kayley Chrisler started off with an 11th place finish (38 runners) in a time of 22 minutes 47 seconds. Kayley continues to improve as the season continues and should be very competitive down the stretch. In the varsity boys race, Taitem Zeigler ran an 18:21 to earn 4th place (47 runners). He has also improved and by season's end he will have his time down even more. Dylan Pruter at 20:44 (23rd) and James Maupin at 21:20 (30th) also improved their times. We have three tough meets in the next two weeks before heading to Regionals on Saturday, October 22nd at Leonardville.
